🔁 Exchanges & Damaged Items

Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not offer refunds, but we gladly offer exchanges for damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and a brief description of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Note:

  • Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for an exchange to be processed.

  • For custom orders, items may be returned for a 50% refund.
